Do you know any recipes for coffee and ice drinks for the blender?
Looking for coffee recipes that include the coffe and ice blended together. Frappicino Starbucks kinda stuff. Please help. I cannot figure out how to make that sort of drink correctly or even close.
Here’s a good one my friend introduced me to years ago…if you don’t have an espresso maker.
Pour into blender…1/2 cup ice cubes, one cup vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream, 1/2 cup whole milk and (depending on how strong you want it) 2 to 3 tbsp. of instant coffee.
Blend together, and serve topped with whipped cream, and if you use chocolate, top the whipped cream with Hershey’s syrup. If you use vanilla, top the whipped cream with cinnamon.
It’s very good.
